The Conquered Skies Set is a hidden Item Set for players of level 96+. It comprises a set of the two armor pieces that can be rewards from the level 95 World Event
Shattered Roosts.
As the set bonus provided by the Conquered Skies Set is hidden, the items that comprise it are not Set Tier. The name of the set and its bonuses are also not displayed on the items themselves when worn, unlike normal sets, and can only be seen in the Identifications summary in the
Character Info menu.
