Mooington was once one of Bob's loyal animal companions. Fearing his death, Bob split his power with his animals and they went to different hidden spots among the ocean. Mooington, when killed, drops a piece of his skin. It is used to progress in the Reincarnation quest.
Location
Mooington is located in a cell in the jail of Skiens Island. To get to Mooington you will first need to enter the jail via the large ravine.

You'll then need to obtain a key by killing the Warden, who is located inside the jail as well.

To find the Warden from the Entrance:
Take the first left, then another left, then the second right.

You will then need to take the key to Mooington's Cell to unlock it. Inside there will be Mooington, some other guards and a Loot Chest.

Go out the door and turn left, then take the next left, then turn right and the entrance will be straight ahead.
