The Mossy Grotto is a Cave found on the edge of Time Valley.
Sections
This is an overgrown cave featuring an upper section and a lower section. A few Puffblooms guard the entrance.
Upper Section
This section has the most challenging parkour out of all of the caves prior. There are no mobs that spawn in this section. At the end of this section, there is a Tier 2 [✫✫✫✫] Loot Chest. Failing the parkour will drop the player into the lower section of the cave.
Lower Section
This section can be reached by jumping off from the upper section at any time. There is a wide river in the middle of the path so that the player can fall more safely. Many Puffblooms and Fallers are found throughout the section. Following the cave to the end will lead to more mobs, including Stumbling Fallers, and a Tier 3 [✫✫✫✫] Loot Chest, which unlocks after slaying 10-12 mobs.

Trivia
- Prior to the 1.20.2 update, this cave used to house a miniboss called the Aerolia Flower. Before that update in the 1.18 update, this cave was involved in the now-removed quest Suspended Flowers.
