The Underwater Route is an underwater path made of sand, running from Nemract to Selchar on the ocean floor. Note that this is not a tunnel with air. This was made to guide players using a boat from Nemract to Selchar and vice-versa. Numerous fishing boats can be found along the route. With the addition of the V.S.S. Seaskipper, this route is less important.

- Sunken Ship - Off Nemract's coast lies treasure sunken under a shipwreck, too far underwater to reach without special equipment.
