The Aseado Leaf is found in a cave in the Dernel Jungle, where it spawns randomly on the ground near [-810, 8, -645]. The entrance of this cave is at [-696, 25, -589], North-East of the NPC Shaman Inrekei, who can be found at [-707, 23, -572].
This cave section is at the end of the Jungle Fetish Camp and isn't accessible directly from the outside except through this cave. You'll find this cave at the base of the wooden steps with vampire bats when leaving from the Tribal Village and enter the Dernel Jungle.
Usage
During the Temple of the Legends quest, Garull will ask you to find this item and bring one back to him so he can make a helmet with it.
