Detective Jackson is involved in the quest Green Skinned Trouble, as Piere sends you to him to find out how the orcs recreated a flaming axe. He asks the player to retrieve many Orc axe heads for him to investigate. When the player returns, he identifies the origin of the axes, and sends the player to go stop the Orcs underneath a nearby lake.
