The player can obtain the Elven Medallion by choosing to let Korben go at the end of Aldorei's Secret Part I.
Usage
The Elven Medallion is needed to complete the Aldorei's Secret Part II quest.
Tips
It is recommended that you choose to obtain the Elven Medallion instead of the 8192 emeralds at the end of Aldorei's Secret Part I, because this choice will ultimately result in more emeralds (12,288 emeralds) when traded to the Collectibles Merchant at -286, 103, -4405.
