Flendar is a WynnExcavation employee working under Excavator Lykron. During the quest WynnExcavation Site B, when the player reaches him, he pushes them down a hole as punishment for the player keeping the Yellow Crystal Shard from WynnExcavation Site A.

Flendar is found in the cave in Twain Valley starting at (33, 76, -492), at the top of a waterfall at the end of a small stream.
