Haily is the starter NPC from the quest Meaningful Holiday. She helps run the Almuj Charity Center, and in the quest, she asks the player to help her boss, Nick.

Haily can be found quickly by taking the right path up into Almuj from the entrance, then turning right after the Scroll Shop, and then right again once you find Irt in his Plant Store.
