Narder is the starting NPC of the quest The Hidden City. He is a resident of Thesead, and has been hired by Mayor Eoric to look out for a potential traitor who has caught the attention of Eltom citizens. Unfortunately, Narder has broken his leg and can't continue searching, so he sends the player to Eltom to speak to Eoric and do the job for him.

Narder is found on the side of the path leading to Eltom from Thesead. He is standing near the coal mine entrance, just a few steps away from Grenot.
