Pandemonium is a Bracelet that can be found in Tier III or Tier IV Loot Chests and can only be worn after completing the ??? quest. It is the only item in the game with the Major ID of Madness, which forces its wearer to cast a random ability every 3 seconds from any powder special and any class' main attack or spells at no mana cost. You can still use attacks and cast spells as usual in between these random castings.
