When I started the quest, Lari was there and told me to read the inscription at the bottom but then she left and my quest book is stuck on read the inscription even though nothing is appearing (i have all particles enabled)

Please create a bug report on the forms. Then try doing /class for 20 seconds and relog if it won't help.
