Tol Altar is used to convert Nii Runes and Uth Runes runes into one Tol Runes.

Access

In The Olmic Rune quest, the player powers the Abandoned Drill, drilling through the Olmic Cathedral wall which gives access to the altar. After completing the quest, the wall breaks when the player is nearby. The drill is at [581, 89, -456].

A second Tol Altar is available in the eastern part of the Sky Islands at [1431, 120, -4634].
