Merlugs are a Hostile Mob found in the Muddy Cavern in the Nemract Swamp.

Combat

Merlugs are a melee enemy that follow the player and attack by coming into contact with them. When they attack the player, they pause periodically, then return to following the player.

Merlugs take extra damage from ❋ Air and ✦ Thunder attacks and deal ✽ Water and ✤ Earth damage with their own attacks.

They can occasionally use the Charge or Heavy Charge spells to leap forward, and in the latter case, land with an explosion, dealing extra damage.
