Onluk is an Orc inhabitant of the Centerworld Fortress, the capital of the Orcs and Goblins in the Llevigar Plains; he is one of the Orcs that can be met and assisted during the level 64 Quest All Roads to Peace. He can be found in the tower on the western wall of the fortress.
During the quest, Onluk asks the player to collect 6
Willow Wood to repair his second watchtower; as he suggests, the nearest place to find willow trees is at the edge of the Olux Swamp, across the river to the northwest, where it can be gathered with level 20 Woodcutting. After bringing him the wood, Onluk will travel to his repaired watchtower on the hill west of Centerworld, where he will reward the player with 6
Emerald Blocks and 4
Windswept Roots.
