The Powder Exchange is a building in Corkus City that allows the player to change tier 4, 5 and 6 Powders to other powders of the same tier for a fee.

Blank Powders

Blank powders are gained by giving any one of the merchants on the left side the required materials. There is a merchant for every element. Below are the materials used to make their respective blank powders.

Usage

On the right side of the Exchange, speak to the Powder Merchant for the powder type you wish to obtain. Select the powder in the menu that shows up, and your blank powder will be traded for the powder of the element you selected.
