Stygian Snacks are a Rare consumable item obtainable during the annual Festival of the Spirits, which most recently ran from 13th October through 5th November, 2023. They can be purchased from the Food Merchant in Detlas during the festival for 6
Emerald Blocks each.

A Stygian Snack requires combat level 90 to use. When consumed, it will usually provide boosts to Walk Speed, Spell Damage, and Main Attack Damage for 30 seconds; however, there is also a currently-unknown chance that it will instead drain 50% of your health and provide no boosts whatsoever. If this occurs, you will still have to wait 30 seconds before consuming another.
