Talos is a citizen of the Kander Forest who was kidnapped by the Order of the Abyss as a sacrifice to a hellhound. During the quest Eye of the Storm, the player is sent by Arwes to save Talos and kill the hellhound. When they do, Talos thanks them and tells them to go back and tell Arwes what happened.

Talos is located in the crypt just northwest of Arwes in the House of Talor.
