Time Fragments are items that are obtained from killing Time Troubles all throughout Time Valley. You also get one by completing the quest Tempo Town Trouble from killing the Timekeeper boss.

The token can be exchanged for powerful items from the Mysterious Merchant in Tempo Town, ranging from Tier 3 Powders to gear that gives 4 Skill Points in each skill.
