The legendary chestplate Admiral, wearable at level 67, can be bought from the Galleon's Graveyard Dungeon Merchant found outside Galleon's Graveyard. The feared graveyard is a dangerous Dungeon in the Ocean, close to Pirate Cove.
The chestplate gives an immense amount of elemental defenses and skill points for its level, along with a large amount of health. Combined with the high loot and XP bonuses these id's makes the item one of the most "Worth it" dungeon items, even though it has an exceptionally high cost of 6 Redbeard's Hair.
