The Captain is a Skeleton boss at the Ghost Ship, a location you have to visit for the quest Ice Nations. His crew consists of a bunch of Dead Pirates. He spawns at the lowest deck of the ship but can walk around and even glitch to higher decks, due to the ship being so narrow.
Skill
Captain appears to have teleport skill. He can teleport to shorten the distance and then use basic attack to deal damage. Also, his teleport does deal a good amount of damage.

Tips
For Mage and Archer, hide behind pillar to avoid Captain's teleportation.
For Warrior and Assassin, prepare enough Health Potion
Elements
Captain deals additional Thunder and Air elemental damage. It's recommended to fight with thunder and air defense armour.
