Captain Fenor is the starter NPC for the quest Tunnel Trouble. He asks the player for help with clearing out a secret cave previously used to fast travel between Detlas and Ragni.
Dialogue
Attempting to enter the Ragni-Detlas Tunnel without completing Tunnel Trouble:
- Captain Fenor: Hey, don’t go down there! It’s full of many dangers! [Quest Req.: Tunnel Trouble]
After Tunnel Trouble:
- Captain Fenor: Welcome back, soldier! Good job clearing out that cave, we can finally use if for great things now!
