Disambig.svg This article is about the mob found in the Roots of Corruption. For the version encountered in the Corrupted Spring, see Cinderblossom (Lv. 13).

Cinderblossoms are level 30 Hostile Mobs found in the Roots of Corruption.

Combat

Cinderblossoms are stationary enemies that will not damage players directly, but will instead use their Corruption Bloom ability detailed below when a player approaches nearby.

Cinderblossoms deal
Fire damage with their attacks, and take reduced
Water,
Fire, and
Thunder damage. They also use the following ability in combat:

  • Corruption Bloom: The Cinderblossom will shoot three high arcs of flame to random points around itself, each of which deals damage and spawns a Corruption Spore where it lands. Spores are small and weak but plentiful enemies that will follow the player to attack at close range.

Drops

Cinderblossoms may drop Normal Items, Unidentified Items, Emeralds, Powders, and Potions of Healing.

Location

Cinderblossoms grow throughout the inner basin of the Roots of Corruption, alongside their similar, higher-levelled counterparts, Lava Lilies. Weaker but otherwise identical level 13 Cinderblossoms also spawn during the Corrupted Spring World Event at a lava lake east of the basin.
