The Converter Merchant converted emeralds from a previous update which could no longer be combined (put into a stack) with the new Wynncraft emeralds. The merchant was located in the Selchar bank and was added after it was heavily requested on the Wynncraft Forums. This merchant could convert old Emeralds, Emerald Blocks and Liquid Emeralds to the newer versions.
Note
The Converter Merchant was removed in the 1.14 Gavel Update, as any form of Emeralds can now be used when trading with merchants, making the conversion process unnecessary.
