The Crest of the Highlands is a Legendary Utility Trinket obtainable during the annual Festival of the Blizzard, which most recently ran from 15th December, 2023 through 7th January, 2024. In 2023, it could be obtained from Gale after inviting her to the Festival in Detlas, alongside Orja. The Crest cannot be sold on the Trade Market, but can be traded with other players during and after the event.
The Crest requires combat level 80 to use. On use, it provides a +25% Sprint Regen boost, a +10% Walk Speed boost, and a +15% Reflection boost. This effect lasts for 60 seconds, and can be used again on a 150-second cooldown.
