Obtaining

Frostbitten Flesh is dropped by certain zombie mobs around Nesaak Tundra and Twain Lake. It can also be found in Loot Chests.

Usage

Frostbitten Flesh can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.

Crafting

Frostbitten Flesh can be used in the Armouring and Tailoring professions to add health bonus to crafted armour. It will also reduce the armour's walk speed and add a defence requirement.
