Garas was the starting NPC for the quest Mansion Delivery. He was located near an old mansion in Nemract. He was awaiting the return of his friend Rynb, who has not returned. The quest he gave asked the player to deliver a message to Rynb in order to grant Garas peace of mind about the safety of his friend. The quest has since been removed, in the 1.16 update, and thus this NPC was also.
Trivia
- Rynb was removed in 1.16 Corkus update so Leucsaa in Dwelling Walls could move in with a storyline involving the new province.
