Obtaining

Lost Heirloom can be obtained as a drop from Twisted Fairy Devourer and Ancient Resurrected Orc in the Llevigar Plains. It cannot be found in Loot Chests.

Usage

Lost Heirloom can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.

Crafting

Lost Heirloom can be used in the Tailoring profession to add gathering XP, mana steal, and thunder damage to armour at the cost of durability and a dexterity requirement.
