New Taloka, historically known simply as Taloka, is an ancient Dogun settlement in the Lower Molten Heights that was destroyed and abandoned near the beginning of the Dwarven-Dogun War around 900 years ago. It is located below and just west of the Dogun capital Courag, and east of the Dwarven capital Rodoroc.

After the events of Dwarves and Doguns Part IV and the end of the war, the Dwarves and Doguns begin rebuilding the ruins of Taloka and freeing the Doguns who were frozen there. The settlement is visited briefly during the level 97 Quest The Breaking Point; after the quest, several NPCs can be found here, including the Dogun Elder Iscor and Chieftain Paku. King Draani can also occasionally be found checking in on New Taloka.
