Popo is a distributor associated with Harnort's Quartron project. He works with Dado to smuggle Quartz out of the Karoc Quarry and into Harnort's lair to help develop the Quartron, and has been paying large amounts of money for Dado to keep quiet about this.
In the quest, Popo was expecting Dado to appear, but he mistakes the player for Dado after they lie about their identity. He will then guide the player to the Quartz Mansion where Harnort's lair is. He isn't seen again after the quest is over.
Trivia
- Prior to the 1.20 Gavel Reborn Update, Popo was instead an aggressive smuggler who would attack the player after they encroach upon his hideout. He also had a bodyguard named Bugabo who was slacking off at the time.
