Obtaining

Psionic Quill can be obtained by trading Gloomy Roses with The Hoarder. It cannot be found in Loot Chests.

Usage

Psionic Quill can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.

Crafting

Psionic Quill can be used in the Armouring and Scribing professions to add small bonuses to thunder damage and walk speed.

Other

A Psionic Quill can be brought to an altar in The Void, which turns it into a Voidblown Quill, a trophy item that can be shown to The Hoarder for additional dialogue.
