The Wooden Pallet is a Rare trinket obtainable during the annual Festival of the Spirits, which most recently ran from 13th October through 5th November, 2023. It could be purchased from the Trinket Merchant in The Beyond for 1
Spiritual Shard, the condensed reward currency from the Banish the Beyond minigame available during the festival.
When the Wooden Pallet is used, it places a collapsed Blockade where you're standing, facing in the same direction. This Blockade remains in place for 2 minutes before disappearing. After placing one, the item can be used again on a 10-second cooldown; if used while a Blockade is still placed, it will move to your new location and reset its duration.
