The Cancereater, also known as the Larbonic Apparatus or simply as The Creature, is an artificial organism made of flesh, machinery, and occult magic that can be found in the southeastern Eyeball Forest, created by an unknown Olm. The apparatus is used to refine
Foul Larbonic Shells, which can be harvested from Larbonic Geodes throughout the Toxic Wastes with level 105
Mining, into a variety of high-level Crafting Ingredients.
Getting too close to the Cancereater or attempting to interact with it without any Larbonic Shells will cause it to deal damage to you instead.
