Inhibitor is a level 100 Fabled Chestplate originally intended to be added in the 1.20.4 Patch, and later delayed to the 2.0 Spellbound Update. It is notable for being strictly harmful to players who wear it, providing no positive benefits and several significant penalties to damage, mana regen, and even Soul Point regen.

Inhibitor appeared in-game during the 1.20.4 HERO Beta, where it was secretly added as an easter egg, being obtainable like other Fabled items as an extremely rare drop from mobs and Loot Chests. Its existence was accidentally revealed by the Trade Market before it could be naturally discovered by players, and it was removed before the full release of 1.20.4. However, it was secretly re-added as an item that can drop from Qira with a 0.04% chance to appear.
