Obtaining
Oceanic Sand is dropped by Island Crabs found on small, unnamed islands throughout the Ocean. It can also be found in Loot Chests.
Usage
Oceanic Sand can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.
Crafting

Oceanic Sand can be used in the Jeweling profession to add water and earth defence to a crafted accessory, but it also adds an intelligence requirement.
