The Royal Guard is a soldier of the imperial Fruma Province who guards the Royal Gate into Fruma, in the southwest corner of the Ocean. In accordance with the decree of the mysterious Queen of Fruma, they and the other imperial guards currently prevent all travel in or out of the Province.

- Royal Guard: By order of Her Majesty of Fruma, no one is allowed to cross the border into her lands, punishable by death.
Trivia
- The soldiers guarding the Royal Gate are likely members of the Fruman Kai Shi, referred to in Relos' Library.
- The Royal Guard and Gate were added in the 1.15 Wynnter Update; however, Fruma Province has remained inaccessible since then.
