Sarnfic is a large cave under the ocean floor. It was once a village to evil powers residing there the mage council had to banish the village and the cave is all that remains. The player has to visit the cave during the quest Beneath the Depths to find Javier's hidden treasure.

To the right and left of the main cave there are a lot of hidden and/or hard to reach small rooms. In the room before the Treasure Guardian there are two waterfalls which are actually holes in the ocean floor. They can be used as an easy exit; you will come out in the ocean very close near Selchar.

The spawn rate for Level 63 Ocean Zombies in this area is very high, which combined with the cave's large size makes it a viable grinding spot, albeit hard to reach.

Trivia

• The Treasure Guardian enemy was severely nerfed in the 1.1.2 update, losing 18000 health and a high spawn rate of other enemies in the Treasure Room.
• The Hurricane Pig enemy was replaced with the Hurricane enemy, mobile blocks of water with 1 health which use Self destruct spell.
• Sarnfic has several secrets hidden throughout its ruins:
  • At the coordinates -242, 9, -3376, some signs can be found. A transcript of the signs say: "Day 93: I think that no help is coming. Only 4 of us remain We are running low on food and water supplies we are not sure How long we can last for this may be my final log... ... ..."
  • Behind some paintings at -219, 8, -3416, a sign can be found that says "Welcome to Le Old Bomb Shop". In the background are several pieces of TNT.
  • At the very end of the lava tunnel, there will be a lava wall to the left. This isn't actually blocked by any walls, and as such, you can walk through it. At the end is a mysterious egg encased in ice that is surrounded by lava. Several Egg Guardians reside in this place.
