Skyraider Elie is a young member of the Skyraiders. She can be found hiding behind some crates on the upper level of the Letvus Airbase outside Cinfras, near the airship to Detlas; she states that she regularly travels to Letvus from the Skyraiders' Port in the Sky Islands to observe the airships there.

After completing the level 98 Quest Royal Trials and being crowned Queen of the Skyraiders, Elie can be spoken to in order to receive 48
Emerald Blocks and
Elie's Diary, as well as some additional Experience Points.

Dialogue

Before completing Royal Trials:

• Elie: Psst– hey you, please don't blow my cover I promise I'm not causing any trouble...
• Elie: I just sneak by here to look at the airships!

After completing Royal Trials:

• Elie: Oop! You scared me, don't just run up on me like that!
• Elie: I'm just trying to get a good look at the airships, aren't they so amazing...
• Elie: ...!
• Elie: Please don't tell the queen about this, she'll absolutely kill me if she finds out.
• Elie: Is there anything I can help you with?

    • Elie: Well, I've always loved these airships growing up and I really wanna lead one some day.
    • Elie: Right now I'm in the middle of my training but I just can't seem to get the hang of it.
    • Elie: It's such a shame that we only ever use these behemoths as war machines, they make for some beautiful views over the horizon!
    • Elie: I just hope one day that I'll be able to fly them freely whenever I become fully licensed!
    • Elie: So I come here every so often to look at them, they truly are stunning aren't they?
