Suspicious Skulls are a Rare consumable item obtainable during the annual Festival of the Spirits, which most recently ran from 13th October through 5th November 2023. They could be purchased from the Skull Merchant in Detlas during the festival at a rate of 2
Spiritual Essence per bundle of 8 Skulls, or 1
Spiritual Shard for a bundle of 32.
When used, the player will take damage equal to 5% of their maximum health, and the broken skull will provide a random message, occasionally accompanied by a small reward of
Emeralds or Crafting Ingredients. A Skull is consumed upon use, and another can be used after a momentary cooldown.
