The Alcazar is a cave as well as a massive fortification built into Time Valley.
Room 1
The first room is a brief ladder-climbing segment. Several Ruin Keeses will attack you.

Room 2
The second room is a running section, with the final challenge being a banquet room that contains several Famished Specters. Several Idle Attendants will serve as the fodder for this room.

Room 3
The third room is a prison block section that has several Eternally Sentenced within that turn into Hateful Skulls upon death, alongside Idle Attendants and Ruin Keeses. To progress, press a button that opens the door as well as all of the cells in the segment. Two Tier 1 [✫✫✫✫] Loot Chests can be found inside a cell of each section.

Room 5
The fifth room is where the main miniboss of the dungeon, the Grasslands Paladin, must be slain. Above the room is a rewards room that has a Tier 1 [✫✫✫✫] Loot Chest, a Tier 2 [✫✫✫✫] Loot Chest, as well as a Tier 4 [✫✫✫✫] Loot Chest that must be opened by killing the Grasslands Paladin.

Trivia
- At the end of the cave is a section with a sign that hints towards the Timeless Ruin Secret Discovery, saying "Despite my effort I've been unable to enter the mountain fortress through these ruins, as it appears the castle is entirely sealed off. Luckily, I found a riddle which alludes to another way in! The riddle reads The entrance to the dormant castle lies within a cave southeast of the ruby-bearing temple. The idea of a secret passage is surely exciting, but I've yet to decipher the "ruby-bearing temple" line."
