Go inside the temple and kill the Mysterious Gem, which will drop 1 Mysterious Gem

Head over to the ruins in Time Valley

There is a blood trail leading to one of the ruins
Complete the Parkour by following the grey and green carpets.

Right click the grey glass block with a smaller red glass block inside to place the Mysterious Gem.

Go to the center of the ruins and jump down into the hole that has opened.

Dialogue:

???: "Ahhh"
???: (Translated) "The olm cannot survive here. Time has been ripped asunder... Our only hope is... The expans-"

The life force slowly fades from the creature...
