The Sacrificial Altar is a Boss Cave found in Time Valley.

Sections

The cave is a simple boss arena with a Tier 3 [✫✫✫✫] Loot Chest at the end that requires 2 nearby Spirits of Vexation to be killed. In the middle of the arena is a neutral Sacrificial Altar, which will become a Spirit of Vexation when killed. Killing the singular spirit will cause it to split into two Spirits of Vexation. Once both spirits have been killed, the chest will open.
