The Seer is an NPC dedicated to the Festival of the Spirits. He can be found in Detlas from October 8th, 2021 to October 31st, 2021. After the Festival of the Spirits is over, he disappeared from Detlas. He is also joined by The Envoy and The Guide.

The Seer is mainly involved with the Drawing of the Spirits mini-event within the Festival of the Spirits. After the Drawing of the Spirits concluded, he is now found near the Envoy.

However, during the 2022 Festival of the Bonfire, the Seer can be found alongside The Envoy in Detlas, as the Envoy came here after being asked to reunite with the latter's brother.

He reappeared in the 2023 Festival of the Spirits] running the Drawing of the Spirits.

Drawing of the Spirits

The Drawing of the Spirits is a raffle which occured every few days. You had the chance to get up to 32 Liquid Emeralds, Tier 6 Powders, 48 Runes, and also get exclusive items.

To get the rewards, you simply had to stand near the Seer's podium (437, -1614) when the Raffle took place.

  • [2] Spare me the rumors.
    • The Seer: Of course. Of course. But... How about I tell you anyway, hm? Something tells me you'll be interested.
• The Seer: I suppose you have noticed the state of this city, hm? As though overnight, the spirits have overtaken this realm. I feel for the poor Item Identifier, you know.
• The Seer: Oh, but I ramble. You see... the spirits have spoken to me, and have told me much of your realm. They offer... a gift. A blessing.
• The Seer: They are interested in your realm, and your affairs. And, with enough souls here at one moment, they may be drawn to this place.
• The Seer: Great things await you, hero... Return here, as time allows, and receive this gift from the Beyond. Only thrice, this bell shall ring, so don't miss it!

Consecutive Conversations before the Drawing of the Spirits concluded

• The Seer: You return! A touch too early, it would seem. Or, perhaps, too late? I should hope it is the former.
• The Seer: With that said, and with that done, might there be a way in which I serve?

After the Drawing of the Spirits has concluded

• The Seer: Hello, again. It's quite nice, this quiet. The Beyond has fallen silent, and now we can finally depart.
• The Seer: You saw the Drawing, yes? All those spirits... drawn to that crowd of heroes.
• The Seer: We've gathered enough power to comfortably exist on our own, for a while. We can return to how we were before.
• The Seer: And you? You can forget you ever met us. It's unlikely we'll cross paths again.

    • The Seer: Another rumor... I have one left. Not one I learned through the words of the Beyond, but rather one of my own.
