The filth of Ragni was once used as a prison for its worst criminals, but now it houses a greater evil. After the corruption, dead inmates now trap any soul in oubliettes and await them to join their ranks.

Overview

This is the corrupted version of the Decrepit Sewers Dungeon. It is mechanically identical but has a "corrupted" design, mobs of a higher level and better rewards. It can be accessed by entering its portal at The Forgery.

Room 1

Dialogue:

• ???: You dare enter these sewers, human? This mistake will cost you your life.

In the first room, you have to move across a simple parkour to enter the main area, and collect 18 tokens by killing the mobs that spawn in the room. Once you collect 18 tokens, right click the door with them to open it.

Room 2

Dialogue:

• ???: ... How foolish of you... to come back here... after what happened.

The second room is contains a tunnel and more simple parkour, however, this time you cannot simply swim to the end to skip the parkour. Some mobs will spawn in the parkour, however, you can simply ignore them and move on to the next phase.

Room 3

The third room is another a fighting challenge, in which you must collect 26 tokens by killing mobs in a large room. When you reach the top, right click the door with your 26 tokens to open it.
To get to the token collector, you must go down to the center of the room, do a short parkour, and go up around the edges of the room to get to the top level. At the edges, ranged flaming skeletons will spawn on platforms, but they can be blocked by standing on the rows of pressure plates near the platforms. Additionally, when entering the short parkour, stepping on the pressure plates will close the area, so you should try to avoid them if doing the dungeon in a group.

Boss Room

Dialogue:

• Corrupted Witherhead: You... You've come here before... You shouldn't be alive...

The boss of the Corrupted Decrepit Sewers is Corrupted Witherhead. Her minions are 'Witherhead Spawn'. In the room there are rows of pressure plates, which you can stand on to raise walls to gain cover from Corrupted Witherhead's attacks.
