Inspiration may come in many forms, yet music may remain the most familiar.

The Minstrel's Tuner is a Legendary trinket obtainable during the annual Festival of the Heroes, which most recently ran from 22nd March through 14th April, 2024. Starting in 2024, it could be received from the Festival Worker hosting the Scavenger Hunt activity in Detlas after finding a total of 20 hidden caches.

When the Minstrel's Tuner is played, all players within 10 blocks of the user (including the user themself) will receive +15% Sprint, +15% Sprint Regen, and +15% Soul Point Regen for 5 minutes. After the effects wear off, the Tuner can be used again after a 10 minute cooldown.

Dialogue

After receiving the Minstrel's Tuner in 2022, players could return to Aster for further dialogue about it:

• Aster: The Minstrel's Tuner... That, as it so happens, is an item I'm less familiar with! From what I recall, similar instruments have been used by bards all across the world.
• Aster: Music played by it motivates those who hear it, and drives them forward! It's very potent magic, and now it's yours!

Trivia

• This item was first available in the 2022 Festival of the Heroes, and was subsequently made available again in 2023 and 2024.
  • In 2022, the Charm was instead awarded by Aster after finding a total of 40 hidden boxes for the Scavenger Hunt. Additionally, it was Rare rather than Legendary.
  • In 2023, the Charm was awarded by the Festival Worker after finding all 30 daily and weekly caches.
• During the Festival of the Heroes, the Tuner provided buffs of +30% instead of 15%. This was nerfed at the end of the festival.
