  • Aster: Welcome to the Festival of the Heroes! We've prepared numerous festivities for you to enjoy around town while we're here.
  • Aster: To the northwest you can find a set of games to play and prizes to win! Or, you could participate in the Scavenger Hunt! If you'd like more details, feel free to ask me.
  • Aster: Or, of course, you could view one of our scheduled performances! As a matter of fact... we may even have a special guest show up later in the event!
  • Aster: Regardless, there's plenty for you to do and see while you're here. We hope you enjoy! If you have any questions, I'll be here to answer them.

  • Aster: Ah! Hello again! What can I do for you today?
    • If you have an unclaimed reward:
      • Aster: Ah! Hello again! It seems you're eligible for {x rewards/1 reward} from the Scavenger Hunt! Let me know if I can help you with anything.
    • [1] Can I have some information about the Scavenger Hunt?
      • First Selection:
        • Aster: Oh, of course! Let's see... The Scavenger Hunt. Every day over the course of this event, we will hide three reward boxes around the provinces! You will be given clues to point you in the right direction.
        • Aster: Each box will grant you a minor reward, and you will be given greater rewards for every twenty boxes you find. To claim those, come speak to me.
        • Aster: To start off... There are three boxes hidden around Detlas! If you can find them all, you'll receive a reward, and will be able to search for the rest!
        • Aster: To help you locate them, take this starter set of Scavenger Seekers. They'll point you in the direction of the nearest location. If you'd like more, you can purchase them at the Carnival area!
        • [+8 Scavenger Seekers]
        • Aster: So, with all that out of the way, would you like to hear any hints to start you off?
          • [1] Yes.
            • Line 1 Dialogues:
              • Aster: Ahem. Let's see here...
              • Aster: The hint's right here, on my list. Just let me find it...
              • Aster: Yes, yes, a hint. One moment...
            • Line 2 Dialogues:
              • Aster: Ah! {Hint}
              • Aster: Right, of course. {Hint}
              • Aster: Here we are! {Hint}
              • Aster: Hm... {Hint}
              • Aster: There it is! {Hint}
            • Aster: There you have it! Would you like to hear another?
              • [1] Tell me another.
                • Aster will then give you the remaining amount of hints left.
                • When there are no more hints left to give:
                  • Aster: I believe you've heard every hint now. Happy hunting!
              • [2] That's enough.
                • Aster: Sounds good. Happy hunting!
          • [2] No.
            • Aster: Alright then, off you go. Happy hunting!
      • Following Selections:
        • Aster: Of course! Let me know what you'd like to know about the Scavenger Hunt.
          • [1] Could you give me some hints?
            • Still have some more reward boxes left to find:
              • Line 1 Dialogues:
                • Aster: Ahem. Let's see here...
                • Aster: The hint's right here, on my list. Just let me find it...
                • Aster: Yes, yes, a hint. One moment...
              • Line 2 Dialogues:
                • Aster: Ah! {Hint}
                • Aster: Right, of course. {Hint}
                • Aster: Here we are! {Hint}
                • Aster: Hm... {Hint}
                • Aster: There it is! {Hint}
              • Aster: There you have it! Would you like to hear another?
                • [1] Tell me another.
                  • Aster will then give you the remaining amount of hints left.

                    • Aster: I believe you've heard every hint now. Happy hunting!
                • [2] That's enough.
                  • Aster: Sounds good. Happy hunting!
            • Found all boxes with more to come:
              • Aster: Well, it looks like you've found every box we currently have! There'll be more to find in {x hours/1 hour/less than an hour}.
            • Found all 60 boxes:
              • Aster: Hm... It seems as though you've found all 60 locations! Congratulations! I have no hints left for you, in that case.
          • [2] How many boxes have I found, and how many are left?
            • Haven't found every box available with more to come:
              • Aster: Let's see, you have found {x} boxes, and there are {y} boxes left to find!
            • Found every box available:
              • Aster: Let's see... It seems you have found every box we currently have out! {x} boxes in total.
          • [3] When will the next boxes be available?
            • Before March 27th:
              • Aster: Hm... there'll be more boxes to find in {x hours/1 hour/less than an hour}!
            • After March 27th:
              • Aster: We've already hidden every Scavenger Hunt box we have! You'll just have to find them all, I suppose.
          • [4] Where can I get more Scavenger Seekers?
            • Aster: Ah, of course, the Scavenger Seekers. You can purchase more at the Carnival Area to the northwest!
          • [5] How do I get rewards?[1]
            • Aster: Well, let's see here. You'll receive a minor reward for every single location you find...
            • Aster: But, you'll also receive a larger reward for every twenty boxes you locate!
            • Aster: Keep searching! I'm sure you'll earn something new in no time.
          • [5] Can I claim my rewards?[2]
            • Aster: Yes, you certainly may! Let me check my list here...
            • Aster: Ah, yes! It seems you are eligible for {x rewards/1 reward}. Here you are! Take this/these, you've certainly earned them.
          • [6] Nevermind, I've changed my mind.
            • Aster: Alright! You know where to find me.
    • [2] What is there to do around here?
      • Aster: Well, as previously mentioned, there's the Scavenger Hunt, of course! Plenty to do with that whole event.
      • Aster: Of course, there are performances every so often - I'd suggest attending as many as you can! Though, of course, you can learn more with the fellow nearby.
      • Aster: There's the Carnival Area to the northwest! We still have a few games open, I believe. We were originally going to have more, but... well, circumstances didn't allow for it.
      • Aster: Hm... I believe we also invited some experts to speak on certain topics! Though, I'm not sure where any of them have gone. You'll find them around, I'm sure!
      • Aster: And... I suppose that would be it! I hope you enjoy your time around here.
    • [3] How long will this festival last?
      • Aster: }.
    • [4] Can you tell me about an item I have?
      • Aster: Hm... I don't see why not!
      • Aster: Which item of yours would you like me to tell you about?
        • [1] Emblem of the Blizzard/Spirits/Bonfire
          • Aster: Ah... I-Hm. I believe... No, sorry, I'm afraid I don't recognize this item.
          • Aster: It... It certainly holds power, I can tell you that much. I-... I couldn't tell you what type, however.
        • [2] Emblem of the Heroes
          • Aster: Ah, of course! Our festival's emblem. This is, I suppose, a participation reward. For attending this festival we worked hard to put together!
          • Aster: I wrote the inscription, and I firmly believe in the message it presents. Anyone can be a hero, anyone can tell their story.
          • Aster: ...Yes, anyway. Thank you for attending!
        • [3] Charm of Twilight
          • Aster: Yes, the Charm of Twilight. It's a rather basic magical trinket, but it's very effective!
          • Aster: I have my own charm for personal use. Sometimes you need a sunset to set the mood for an adventure!
        • [4] Minstrel's Tuner
          • Aster: The Minstrel's Tuner... That, as it so happens, is an item I'm less familiar with! From what I recall, similar instruments have been used by bards all across the world.
          • Aster: Music played by it motivates those who hear it, and drives them forward! It's very potent magic, and now it's yours!
        • [5] Hero's Mask
          • Aster: The Hero's Mask! This one is fairly simple. It's been enchanted to surround the user with a magical aura that grants them great strength!
          • Aster: Something similar to the strength Siegfried himself wields, I would imagine.
        • [6] Trophy Festival Coin
          • Aster: A trophy coin? Well, you've certainly mastered the Carnival Games then, haven't you!
          • Aster: A fine achievement, all things considered. Display it where any and all can see it!
        • [7] Actually, I don't have anything.
          • Aster: Well, alright! You know where to find me.
    • [5] I don't have any questions.
      • Aster: I'll see you around!

Receiving the Emblem of the Heroes

The Emblem of the Heroes is received by finding all 3 of the boxes in Detlas present on the first day of the festival.

  • Aster: Ah, hello! It seems you've found all three boxes in Detlas! Congratulations.
  • Aster: That means you'll now be able to search for the remaining locations! Additionally... You've earned this reward, here.
  • [+1 Emblem of the Heroes]
  • Aster: All that being said, is there anything I can do for you today?

2023

On your first conversation:

  • Aster: Yes, yes, set that up over- no, not like that! Good grief, just... Just leave it, I'll handle it...- Oh, hello! You must be here for the festival!
  • Aster: Ahem. My apologies for that. Welcome to the Festival of the Heroes! A now annual event to put on to celebrate the great heroes of our land!
  • Aster: We have numerous performances scheduled for the next few weeks, as well as a special event featuring an important guest later on! Be sure not to miss it.
  • Aster: Ah, but if you're looking for something to do in the meantime, might I suggest visiting the carnival area? We have plenty of smaller games set up over there.
  • Aster: Or, perhaps, you'd be willing to participate in the Scavenger Hunt? Every day, a new cache will be hidden somewhere in the world, ready to be found!
  • Aster: Oh, and of course, most exciting of all... If you take the Event Airship, you'll be able to compete with others in a brand new game we're hosting!
  • Aster: ...Right, well, I'll leave it there! I wouldn't want to keep you from enjoying the festivities. If you need anything, I'll be here in the town square!

On subsequent conversations:

  • Aster: Hello, hello! It's good to see you again. Anything I can help you with?
    • [1] Could you tell me what there is to do here again?
      • Aster: Well, sure! I'm always happy to talk about festivities. Let's see...
      • Aster: First of all, there are various Performances! Those will be happening regularly throughout the course of this event.
      • Aster: Additionally, we'll be hosting a special event featuring an important guest later on! Be sure not to miss it.
      • Aster: Then, there's the Carnival Area, which is full of various smaller games you can play to earn Festival Coins! Those can be spent on various prizes.
      • Aster: There's the Scavenger Hunt, of course... Every day, a new cache will be hidden somewhere in the world, ready for you to track it down!
      • Aster: And, finally, there's the minigame! You can take the Event Airship to travel to it, and play to earn exclusive rewards!
      • Aster: ...I believe that's all. I hope I could be of use!
    • [2] Can you tell me more about the festival?
      • Aster: Of course! Well, as it so happens, I'm the founder and organizer of the Festival of the Heroes!
      • Aster: ...I'll admit, I've always had fond memories of the yearly festivals hosted by Detlas. There was always something to celebrate here, and... well, I suppose I've needed that in my life, after a point.
      • Aster: And so, when I had the idea to celebrate the great heroes of this world, I thought there would be no better way to repay those memories than by hosting a festival of my own!
      • Aster: I came to Detlas' council with my proposal, and they agreed to allow me to organize this event. And so, here we are now!
    • [3] Which heroes are you celebrating here?
      • Aster: Oh, well, all of them, I suppose! But, ah, we have to put a focus on a distinct few. To keep things simpler for myself to keep track of.
      • Aster: We're celebrating the exploits of Bob, Wynn's beloved protector; Tisaun, famed for his defense of Troms; and Siegfried, known all throughout Gavel for his generosity!
      • Aster: ...We, ehm, received a few other submissions for heroes to celebrate. Something about an Admiral Aegis? And, of course, someone who requested to speak on General Skien of all people...
      • Aster: But! We settled on these three for simplicity's sake.
    • [4] Just wanted to say hello.
      • Aster: Well, hello! It's always nice to have a passing conversation.

Talking to Aster at the Talespun Citadel

On your first conversation:

  • Aster: ...Oh, hello. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised you've found your way here.
  • Aster: Hm. You know, no matter how hard I've tried... I haven't quite managed to do it right. There's always something that's just a little bit... off.
  • Aster: I- heh. You want an explanation, surely. How is the Citadel here? Just... a door away from Detlas.
  • Aster: It's- it's a hard story to tell. There aren't many of those, not for me. But it's... personal, I suppose, so it's special in that sense.
  • Aster: You know, I didn't-... I didn't want this. This power, this responsibility, this...
  • Aster: Ahem. In- in any case. You've seen them, surely. The Keeper, the Voice, the Wanderer. They- they had names, once. Not anymore.
  • Aster: That's the one thing I can never get right. No matter what, they come back without their names. Just... roles in a story.
  • Aster: And then there's you. And that's- that's what I don't understand. They were supposed to be here- even if it's not how I- how I expected.
  • Aster: But, you... I didn't anticipate you at all. And, that- that bothers me, somewhat. If you're here, then what else could...
  • Aster: I... I've rambled long enough. You have questions, surely. I can do my best to answer them.
    • [1] What is this place, really?
      • Aster: This is the Talespun Citadel. Sort of. You see- it isn't quite real. Or, well... It is now, but it wasn't always.
      • Aster: The altar, up there- once its power latched on to me, it... it created this place, I suppose.
      • Aster: I've always been interested in the heroes of our province. I remember dragging my brothers off to catch glimpses of Bob many times in our youth.
      • Aster: ...But that feels like it was a different life, heh. In any case, this place saw that spark within me, and... grew around it, I suppose.
      • Aster: And now, the Citadel stands forever... wherever this may be. It's a space that only exists if I let it.
    • [2] Why involve yourself with these Festivals?
      • Aster: ...Oh. To tell you the truth... I don't quite know.
      • Aster: I said before I've never been able to get this quite right, yes? Something always goes wrong.
      • Aster: And, ehm, this time my magic seems to have tied them to Wynn's festivals. I couldn't quite tell you why.
      • Aster: It- it isn't something I can control, entirely. My magic tends to shape my intent into whatever will make for a good story.
      • Aster: And, well- here we are! Festivals. It... it could have been worse. Of all things, the festivals aren't all too bad.
    • [3] What happened to your brothers?
      • Aster: Right. Yes, I suppose you- you should hear the story.
      • Aster: It- it still feels like my fault, to this day. Like I should have known something was wrong, or- or like I could have stopped it.
      • Aster: I was the oldest of our four. Our parents passed when the others were quite young, so... I had to step up and take care of the family.
      • Aster: Despite it all, I still think I did quite well with what I had. We lived happily, in our home in the suburbs, for however long we did.
      • Aster: But... To this day, I still don't know why he did it. He must have felt that he needed to prove himself. That he could do more.
      • Aster: You'd know him as the Keeper, I think. He'd learned of this powerful altar, hidden away, that could grant him the power he needed to be great.
      • Aster: He took the others with him, didn't tell me anything. Maybe he thought it would grant power to them all. I don't know.
      • Aster: I found them missing, and panicked. I found someone willing to cast a spell to help me track them down, and... I followed them.
      • Aster: They were in the midst of their ritual when I reached them. He was surprised to see me, and- well. He slipped up. The ritual went wrong.
      • Aster: Before I could say a word, they were gone. And with no-one else to latch on to... Well. Here I am now, I suppose.
      • Aster: I've- I've tried many times now to bring them back. This is the closest I've ever come, and yet... They're still not right.
      • Aster: ...Ahem. My apologies for all that. That's the story, in a sense.
    • [4] You said you haven't managed to get it right.
      • Aster: Yes, I did. They're- they're here. Physically. But, they're all missing a part of what made them... them.
      • Aster: They don't feel like themselves anymore. They sound the same, they look the same, but they're not... right.
      • Aster: No matter what I've tried, I haven't been able to bring them back as themselves. And it's- it's frustrating! This is the one thing I need to do right, and-...
      • Aster: ...I don't know. This attempt seems to be a failure as well. I'll have to- start over. Try again from scratch.
      • Aster: Maybe next time I can avoid these festivals...
    • [5] The Traveler says it wasn't your fault.[3]
      • Aster: Right- right. You have spoken to them, haven't you...
      • Aster: I... I don't know what to do with that information.
      • Aster: He's not- entirely wrong. But he's not entirely right, either. I should have done better. If I had seen the signs, maybe I could have...
      • Aster: ...It doesn't matter now, either way. What's done is done. I can only hope to fix what's been broken, now.
    • [6] You don't have to start over! You can make this work.[4]
      • Aster: That's easy for you to say! You don't have to live with the- the guilt that comes with being the only one left!
      • Aster: I need to get it right, or I can't get it at all. That's the only way this can work.
        • [1] But you did get it right. I've spoken to them, they're real.
      • Aster: But they aren't right. They're different to how they were, and that means I can still do better!
      • Aster: I can't let this story end until I have them back. I can't.
        • [1] People change. You're not the same person you were before either, are you?
      • Aster: I-... I suppose not.
      • Aster: But I still have to make this right. It's my fault this all happened.
        • [1] Then make it right by talking to them. They're following the festivals, aren't they?
          • Aster: They are. Yes. But- what if they still blame me? What if they don't want to see me?
          • Aster: I can't risk that. I can't.
            • [1] Then I can ask them for you. I'll ask them to visit this festival next year.
          • Aster: ...
          • Aster: Alright. Alright, let's do that. Until next year, then.
          • Aster: ...Could you leave me here, for now? I need to do some thinking.
        • [2] I don't think it's your fault. The Traveler didn't seem to think so either.
    • [7] I don't have anything to ask right now.
      • (This option ends the dialogue)

  • If you have not exhausted all dialogue options:
    • Aster: You have questions, surely. I can do my best to answer them.

    • [5] Just wanted to say hello.
      • Aster: Well, hello! It's always nice to have a passing conversation.

Talking to Aster near the Door

On your first conversation:

  • Aster: ...Good, there you are. As I mentioned, there have been some... complications.
  • Aster: Do you see this, up here? Some strange magic has locked me out of the Citadel. I-... I don't have access anymore.
  • Aster: And- and they're not here. None of them. You told me you would invite them, and yet...
    • [1] I did invite them, though.
      • Aster: ...I believe you. I do. It's just...
      • Aster: I was so close. I thought this was finally the way to get it to work, and yet...
      • Aster: And to make matters worse, I don't– I don't even have access to that power anymore! The Citadel has closed itself off to me, and I don't... know what to do.
        • [1] Surely there's something we can do to open it, right?
          • Aster: Maybe there is. I... I hope there is. But, I need to return to my post. I still... need to run this festival.
          • Aster: If you find anything, anything at all... please let me know. I'm sorry that I need to lean on your help again, but... gods, I have too much going on.
          • Aster: I'll find some time to think through this problem myself, as well. Together, we can probably... figure this out.
        • [2] There's something strange about those locks...
          • Aster: ...There is something strange, yes. They look and feel like... like the three of them.
          • Aster: I... I don't know what to do with that information. I need to return to my post. I still... need to run this festival.
          • Aster: I need to think through this problem some more... but, tell me if you find anything. I'm sorry to lean on your help once again, but... this will be the last time, I hope.
    • [2] Why do you think you were locked out?
      • Aster: I... I don't know. We had finished preparations for the festival, and I had gone to check up on it, and... nothing.
      • Aster: And they aren't here! And it feels as though everything is slipping away from me.
      • Aster: I was so close. I thought this was finally going to work. I don't know what to do.

On subsequent conversations:

  • Aster: ...Truly, your help is appreciated. I don't know what I'd do if I were left to deal with this on my own...

In the Talespun Citadel

Aster will not appear until all other dialogue options with the Bonfire Keeper, The Envoy, and The Traveler have been exhausted, which allows the option "So, now what?" to be selected.

  • Aster: ...Hello? <playername>, are you down here? I noticed the Door has opened, but-
  • Aster: ...oh. You're- you're here.
  • Bonfire Keeper: Hello, brother. It's been a while, hasn't it?
  • Aster: It... it has. It really has. I- I didn't think you'd come.
  • The Envoy: And why would you think something like that? If you called for us, of course we'd come.
  • Aster: It... doesn't matter. You're- you're here now. You're actually here.
  • (Aster will walk down the stairs)
  • Aster: I've practiced what I wanted to say so many times, but... I can't remember any of it now. Of... of course.
  • Aster: I'm- I'm sorry. I should have been able to save you all, back then. I should have tried harder.
  • The Traveler: ...No, maybe you could have done something different, but it doesn't matter. It wasn't your fault.
  • The Traveler: I've... spent much of my clarity to get here, to tell you this. It's the one thing I refuse to forget.
  • The Traveler: You weren't responsible for that loss, Aster. Any of us could have done any number of things differently to prevent it, but it doesn't matter!
  • The Traveler: What's done is done. We can't turn back time and undo those mistakes. But we're all here now, somehow, aren't we?
  • The Envoy: He's right. We might all be... gone. But we've found our own ways forward.
  • The Envoy: I, for one, am doing quite alright for myself, I feel! Even if I don't quite have a pulse anymore.
  • Aster: It's not the same though, is it? I can't help but feel as though I failed you three. I've done my best to right that wrong, but I still don't feel like I've succeeded.
  • The Traveler: You've done as much as you can, Aster. There's nothing to be gained by running yourself into the ground to reach a goal that's unattainable.
  • The Traveler: My time here is... limited. I need to leave soon. Just... try to remember what I said, alright?
  • Aster: ...Okay. If you must leave, I can't stop you. But... it was good to see you again. I've missed you- all three of you.
  • (The Traveler will disappear)
  • The Envoy: ...I'll be taking my leave soon, as well. I only have a limited time off, after all.
  • The Envoy: Aster, I- I feel like I'm still missing much of the context, here. But, I can still tell that loss is... real.
  • The Envoy: You're allowed to mourn, brother. But you need to let it go eventually. You can't hold onto that forever.
  • Aster: I'll... try and keep that in mind.
  • (The Envoy will disappear)
  • Aster: ...I can't help but notice you haven't said a word.
  • Bonfire Keeper: I didn't want to interrupt. It was important to them, and it's important to you.
  • Aster: ...You're not really him anymore, are you? The others, they're close, but... I feel like you've lost something crucial.
  • Bonfire Keeper: Mmn. No, I'm not. His ambition drove him to his end, having listened to so many stories of heroism that he would do anything to become one. I'm that parts of him that are left.
  • Aster: I... I see. And the others, they're...?
  • Bonfire Keeper: Do you really need me to answer that?
  • Aster: Yes, actually, I do! I need to know if I've managed to succeed even a little, or if my efforts were in vain once again!
  • Bonfire Keeper: I think the answer doesn't matter. We've all changed, in our own ways, but haven't you done so as well? We may not be what we once were, but to grow is to change, and we always lose a part of ourselves in that process.
  • Bonfire Keeper: In all ways that matter, is this any different? That man may be gone, and your grief is real. But we're all here now, aren't we? Can't that me enough?
  • Aster: I don't know if I can. But... I think I'd like to try, anyway.
  • Bonfire Keeper: Then when the glow of the bonfire wreathes this town once more in its warm light, come and pay me a visit. Let us mourn that loss together.
  • Aster: ...I can do that. I'll see you then, brother. And- before you go... thank you for being here.
  • (The Bonfire Keeper will disappear)
  • Aster: ...Goodness. Sorry to have- ignored you, I suppose. That was just... a lot.
  • Aster: I need to sort through my thoughts. But, you did... you did help.
  • Aster: I have a gift for you. It's a powerful item, but- it feels right to give it to you, here and now.
  • [+1 Aster's Call]
  • Aster: Thank you, again. I don't know what else to say.

Performances

Combat XP

  • Aster: Right! Here we are, then! Thank you all for joining me here today.
  • Aster: I'd like to begin with a few words about this province's great hero - Bob.
  • Aster: As many of you in the audience may know, Bob spent his life defending our cities from the corruption.
  • Aster: But! Bob's skill in his arts did not come from nowhere, of course. He trained for many years to reach the mastery we all know him for!
  • Aster: And, just like him, every one of you in the audience has the potential to reach mastery. To work hard, and become your best self.
  • Aster: So take that initiative! Take the lessons learned from our heroes, and work to achieve greatness! Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+50% XP Bonus for 120 minutes]

Mobility

  • Aster: Oh, I see a great many faces in the crowd today! Excellent. Welcome all!
  • Aster: Today I'd like to speak about a hero who is, perhaps, less known than Bob. Tisaun, who defended Troms against a horde one thousand strong!
  • Aster: As the stories go, he alone went up against the swarm of undead, with naught but a shoddy breastplate and sword.
  • Aster: And yet, despite his disadvantage, he managed this feat without a scratch! He struck quickly and outsped the enemy, and slew the traitor who led the assault.
  • Aster: The lesson to take from this story is that strength does not come solely from your equipment. Strategy, skill, and speed play a great part in one's success in battle!
  • Aster: I believe any one of you in this crowd can find that skill within yourselves. So go out there, and remember Tisaun's story! Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+30% Walk Speed for 120 minutes]
  • [+30% Sprint for 120 minutes]

Loot Bonus

  • Aster: Hello, hello! Good to see you all today.
  • Aster: A greatly essential thing for any hero to keep in mind is what one might find in adventuring! Treasure, perhaps?
  • Aster: One such example is Siegfried, Gavel's resident hero! Throughout his adventures, he has claimed many riches from all over the province.
  • Aster: However, a good hero knows not to be greedy! Siegfried donates all his findings to the people of Gavel, who he defends on a daily basis.
  • Aster: Many others have followed his example in their adventures, and the world is a better place for it!
  • Aster: So remember - no matter your strength, you too can be a hero by spreading the wealth you find! So why not go find some now? Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+50% Loot Bonus for 120 minutes]

Gathering XP

  • Aster: Good day, everyone! Lots of people today, huh?
  • Aster: Let's get right into it - Bob is a very well known hero! Many know his mastery of four weapons, and the arts that come along with them!
  • Aster: With such a story, you may think his proficiency with his weapons is the extent of his strength. He trained hard and long, and came out on top.
  • Aster: I would like to challenge this notion. Training isn't just about how you handle your weapon - It's primarily about bettering yourself however possible.
  • Aster: Such improvements may have come through weapon mastery, but they also come through in many smaller steps you can take! After all, Bob did not only master his weapons. He mastered himself.
  • Aster: And you! Every one of you present today can also work to better yourself, however you can! Take those smaller steps every day, and find mastery. Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+30% Gathering XP Bonus for 120 minutes]

Damage

  • Aster: Ahem. Hello, everybody! Are you excited for today's performance? I certainly am.
  • Aster: Today I'll be telling you all about the exploits of Tisaun! A hero well-known for his great defense of Troms.
  • Aster: Of course, he didn't just stop there. Before and after his triumph at Troms, he and many others put much work into the formation of guilds!
  • Aster: Tisaun and his guildmates were not great heroes from the very start. They began as regular soldiers, and worked hard to reach their current status!
  • Aster: And with the formation of guilds, Tisaun hoped to create a world where anyone willing to fight could become a real hero! And, truly, is that not the world we live in now?
  • Aster: So, as I bring this to a close, remember - anyone can be a hero if they put the work in. That includes all of you in the audience today! Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+30% Main Attack Damage for 120 minutes]
  • [+30% Spell Damage for 120 minutes]

Gathering Speed

  • Aster: Ah, here we are again. Hello folks!
  • Aster: Today I bring you all a story about this province's great protector, Bob. A story unlike most told of the man.
  • Aster: While a large part of his work involved fighting off threats, a smaller part dealt with the aftermath. Many a time cities would be damaged in undead attacks...
  • Aster: And in the aftermath of destruction, everyone was expected to help out! To repair, to rebuild stronger than before. Even our great hero Bob!
  • Aster: Despite the difficulty of the work, Bob took to it with pride. Rebuilding, fortifying, all of it important work! And so he toiled along with everyone else, preparing for what would come next.
  • Aster: The moral of the story is that being a hero isn't always fame and glory... And yet, every part of that work remains important. Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+35% Gathering Speed for 120 minutes]

Loot Quality

  • Aster: Well, well! I see a few new faces out there. It's good to see people attending!
  • Aster: I imagine mopst of you are familiar with Siegfried, yes? The Hero of Gavel! Many of his feats are told across the land, and for good reason!
  • Aster: I, myself, have met the man once or twice. It's quite inspiring how he manages to be a great hero, yet also remains down to earth.
  • Aster: One important tip he gave, me at one of our meetings was to seek out high quality equipment. A well-made pair of leggings has saved his life many a time, so he says!
  • Aster: And now, I have passed this information on to you all! Equipment plays an important part in a hero's journey, on top of one's own skills.
  • Aster: So, then, go out into the world! Remember your equipment, for it will serve you well! Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+15% Loot Bonus for 120 minutes]

Elemental Damage

  • Aster: Yes, yes, hello everyone! My, this is certainly a crowd.
  • Aster: As it so happens today I'll be speaking aboput Bob! The Wynn Province's beloved hero, gone, but not forgotten.
  • Aster: He was in many ways a master of his arts, and used them well to defend our province.
  • Aster: Something he excelled in was his use of varied elements in both offense and Defense. Allegedly, his weapons each made use of all five elements!
  • Aster: And from this, a lesson can be learned. Making good use of elements, even if not to the extent that Bob did, is key to one's success!
  • Aster: So remember, find a balance in elements! Whether you invest in one, or select many to excel in, I trust you may succeed. Thank you for your time.
  • [!] You feel inspired by the recent performance!
  • [+25% Earth Damage for 120 minutes]
  • [+25% Thunder Damage for 120 minutes]
  • [+25% Water Damage for 120 minutes]
  • [+25% Fire Damage for 120 minutes]
  • [+25% Air Damage for 120 minutes]

Special Performance

This performance is done in tandem with Siegfried.

  • Aster: Hello, everyone! Thank you all for coming today- as you may know, we've been incredibly lucky to have a special guest appear for today's event!
  • Aster: Now, this guest needs no introduction. He's well-known across all the lands for his deeds... He fights for what is right, he's beloved by all of Gavel, it's...
  • Siegfried: Me! Hello Citizens of Wynn, and visitors from all over! It's an honor to join you all in this wonderful celebration of heroism across the world!
  • Siegfried: Truly, what better cause is there to celebrate? We heroes do what we do because we love the people of the world! Yes, that means you all!
  • Siegfried: To protect those who need protection, to aid those who fall upon rough times, that is the true aim of a hero! People of Detlas, if you need to learn one thing from my example, make sure it is to help those people in need!
  • Siegfried: I must give my good thanks to this good fellow here for inviting me to speak at this event! If there is one thing I love to do, it's...-
  • Siegfried: Hm. Citizens, it seems that something is afoot! A monster appears to have snuck into the crowd! Monster, reveal yourself!!
  • Siegfried: Haha, face me head on, coward! Do not hide amongst the good people of the city! Or are you scared of the might of the Hero of Gavel!
  • Siegfried: Oh, you're a tough one alright! But, in the end, you're no match for the great Siegfried!
  • Siegfried: Phew! That was a close one! But never fear, for I, Siegfried, was here to defend you from that beast!
  • Siegfried: I must thank you all for your support today! Unfortunately, my time on stage has passed, and I must return the spotlight to the good Storyteller...
  • Siegfried: But, fear not! I will remain at the festival for the coming days, being my good self! If you can find the time, stop by and say hello!
  • Siegfried: And now, I shall take my leave. I shall see you all at the Carnival Area, I hope!
  • Aster: Well, that certainly was exciting! I hope you all enjoyed this special event! We will return to our regular performance schedule from now on.
