The Psychopomp's Pileus is an untradable level 40 Rare Helmet obtainable during the annual Festival of the Spirits, which most recently ran from 13th October through 5th November, 2023. It can be purchased from the Armour Merchant in The Beyond or the Assistant Mask Merchant in Detlas for 1
Spiritual Shard, the condensed reward currency from the Banish the Beyond minigame available during the festival.
