Location

U-04 ClockBots are uncommon mobs that can be found in the forest west of Corkus City, and in the wastelands around the entrance to the Fallen Factory and between the Factory and Relos. They are often found among groups of L-21, L-22, or U-45 Repaired Bots, U-03 or U-05 Miner Bots, and PU-02 Miner Patrollers.
