Obtaining

Unsettling Soul can be obtained as a drop from the Spirit of Vexation in The Sacrificial Altar cave in the Time Valley. It cannot be found in Loot Chests.

Usage

Unsettling Soul can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.
