The Black Catalyst Set is an Item Set for players of level 83+. It comprises a single untradable Ring, Black Catalyst, which can be purchased from the Dungeon Merchant at the entrance to the
Corrupted Underworld Crypt Dungeon in The Forgery in exchange for 1
Corrupted Charon's Brain.
Although wearing one Black Catalyst provides only negative bonuses, purchasing and wearing two copies of the item confers a beneficial hidden set bonus.
